Fully accredited premier Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking professional applicants for an open position as Facilities/Maintenance Director. Successful candidate will oversee all aspects of a large department responsible or renovations, electrical, plumbing, and air handling systems for residential, commercial, office, and health care space; oversee grounds, landscaping, and security; responsible for budget and controlling expenses. Position requires expertise in at least one trade area; excellent leadership skills; good project management skills; at least 10 years related experience with three years in management. Position supports Board committee and will work closely with all departments and residents. BSME or building and facilities management certification preferred.
