ASCC Announces Newly Published Newsletter

Troubleshooting Newsletter #58, recently published by the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC), St. Louis, Mo., provides solutions to problems encountered by ASCC contractor members in actual specifications or on job sites. Contractors call the ASCC Technical Hotline, an 800 number exclusively for ASCC members, to obtain expert answers and documentation to their questions. Selected hotline questions are published in the newsletter.

Included in this issue are questions about measuring floor flatness and levelness after joints have been sawed, door opening tolerances, responsibility for structural drawings, minimum slope for a concrete parking lots, and more. Answers often cite ACI documents and other sources for further reference.
