Clark•Nexsen, is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to perform the design services of the Regional Automotive Technology Center in Chesapeake’s Oakbrooke Business and Technology Center.

The project’s scope of work is for the design of a new 30,000 GSF building in support of curricula to prepare automotive technicians including specialized programs for Daimler Chrysler, Toyota, ASEP, and alternative fuels as well as diesel technicians servicing truck fleets and marine diesels. The facility will include high bay industrial labs, classrooms, computer labs, faculty offices, administrative offices, restrooms, storage and mechanical areas.
