Draper Aden Associates Present at Water JAM

Draper Aden Associates is pleased to announce their participation in four presentations at the 2008 Water JAM. Water JAM is the annual joint meeting of the Virginia Section of the AWWA and the Virginia Water Environment Association. Six members of the firm, with a combined total of over 100 years of experience in or related to civil engineering gave technical presentations on a variety of topics for water and wastewater professionals.

Richard M. DiSalvo, Jr., P.E. and Gary R. McCollum, P.E., in collaboration with Andrew Whelton, E.I.T., presented “Advanced Treatment: Wastewater – Evaluating the Impact of Nanoparticles on Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems.” Daniel Norman, P.E., presented “Water Reuse: So You Want a Reclaimed Water System? Legal, Technical and Operational Considerations,” Anne Urenda, P.E., presented “Water Resources: One Community’s Proactive Approach to Reservoir Protection” Jim O’Dowd, PE, and Lori Kroll presented “Demystifying Industry Buzzwords for Rural Virginia, the Implementation of an Asset Management Plan and Use of Hydraulic Modeling”
