Engineering Development Forum Scheduled
June 18, 2007

“Engineering a Legacy,” the 2007 Engineering Development Forum, will be held Monday, June 18, through Wednesday, June 20, at the University of Virginia. The forum, sponsored by U.Va.‘s School of Engineering and Applied Science, is designed to educate engineering deans and development officers about best practices in fund raising. This year’s focus is creating a legacy of substantial, long-term, private support through improved alumni and faculty engagement and through the application of innovative fund-raising programs.

The program features presentations, panel discussions and workshops on fund raising and alumni engagement offered by nationally recognized development and communications professionals.

The forum, which also provides opportunities to participate in guided tours of the University of Virginia, Monticello and Ash Lawn, will be held at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. The registration fee is $540.00. To register online or to read more about the forum, visit
