Entries Sought for the 2011 Best Firms To Work for Rankings
March 10, 2011

ZweigWhite now is accepting entries for the 2011 Best Firms To Work For Rankings, the industry’s search for the most exceptional practices in HR management and off-the-charts employee satisfaction in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, multidiscipline A/E services and environmental services firms. Unlike other ranking programs, Best Firms To Work For applicant firms are evaluated against other firms that apply, so you can be assured that in this tough economy your fellow applicants are facing many of the same challenges as your firm.

To compete, U.S. or Canadian firms must demonstrate that they are an outstanding employer through their compensation, benefits, training and development and work environment by satisfying requirements in the Corporate Survey. Once completed, to continue eligibility, a minimum percentage of employees are required to complete the Employee Survey, a confidential opportunity for employees to reflect on their perception of their work environment. After completing the process, employers will receive a summary report of their employee’s responses to the Employee Survey. Whether firms make the list or not, they will receive this complimentary report.

To get started on your online application, visit and click on the link to the appropriate category (civil engineering; structural engineering; architecture; multidiscipline A/E services; environmental services). The online application — also called the Corporate Survey — is due by April 22nd, 2011.
