FIATECH, an industry consortium that provides global leadership in identifying and accelerating the development, demonstration and deployment of fully integrated and automated technologies, has announced their 2011 Technology Conference & Showcase will be held April 18-20, 2011 at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona. The conference,Today’s Pioneers – Rounding Up Innovations & Solutions to Deliver Value, will be chaired by Steve Makredes, Director of Construction, Target and Dr. Allan Chasey, Associate Professor at Arizona State University will serve as vice-chair.
The conference agenda will comprise three educational breakout tracks:
• People and Process;
• Productivity Improvement Tools; and
• Academic.
A number of presentations are planned with featured keynote speakers to include:
• Michael Mullane, NASA Astronaut, Retired – Monday, April 18
• Rajesh Agrawal, Director of Management Controls, Walt Disney Imagineering – Tuesday, April 19; and
• John Moore, Chief Executive Officer, Acorn Energy – Wednesday, April 20th.
