The project is located on Lynnhaven Parkway and Indian River Road in Virginia Beach and consists of 116-units of Independent Living for Seniors. Preston B. Basnight was the Architect of Record for this Marlyn Development Corp. project. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is the Managing Agent.
