LightFair presents three days of comprehensive education for the lighting and design industries through its LightFair Connect virtual conference taking place July 21-23, 2020. Six tracks allow professionals to build their knowledge as they earn continuing education credits for 11 professional organizations. Like the in-person conference, all Lightfair Connect sessions are determined by a Conference Advisory Committee of experts from the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD).
“The annual LightFair conference is a highlight for architectural and commercial lighting professionals, so when the trade show and conference were canceled earlier this year, one of the key pieces of feedback we received was to take the educational piece online,” said Show Director Dan Darby. “The virtual nature of LightFair Connect allows us to present that programming and more. LightFair Connect covers the many advanced, highly technical topics of the conference plus course options for all levels, including a track on business best practices and more.”
LightFair Connect sessions are presented as 60-minute and 90-minute webinars with time for attendees to interact with the speakers and ask questions after learning from pre-recorded sessions. The full conference schedule and registration are available online at LightFair.com/conference.
