VHB and Landmark Design Group Merge
August 2, 2010

Bob Brustlin, President and CEO of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin (VHB), a planning, design, and engineering firm based in Watertown, Mass., with Virginia locations in Richmond, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach and Tysons Corner, announced recently that VHB and LandMark Design Group, a 54 year-old Hampton Roads civil engineering and planning firm, are merging operations in Virginia Beach and Williamsburg. The transaction was effective July 6th, and the firms will be doing business in Virginia as VHB.

LandMark Design Group senior management will become principals at VHB. Both Virginia Beach operations will be relocated to a yet to be determined combined office later this year. Recently, LandMark’s Williamsburg staff moved into VHB’s existing Williamsburg office.
