The 2007 Hydraulic Measurements & Experimental Methods Conference (HMEM) sponsored by The American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) and The International Association of Hydraulic Engineering and Research (IAHR) will be held September 10-12, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Resort & Golf Club in Lake Placid, N.Y.
