DESCRIPTION of SERVICES
Joyce Engineering, Inc. specializes in providing engineering and environmental solutions for our clients. We provide expertise to a client base composed of local governments; private municipal solid waste operators; regional waste authorities; and private industrial operators. Founded in 1983 as a landfill operations management firm, our interest in the daily operations of waste sites continues and is evidenced in our engineering designs and site development plans. While historically known for our landfill engineering expertise, over the past decade JEI has developed a unique environmental team that specializes in site characterization, environmental monitoring, and remediation of impacts to the environment.
