Westminster Canterbury Richmond, one of America’s 20 best continuing care retirement communities, is seeking a full time Manager Engineering, an experienced individual to lead our engineering staff and oversee upkeep and maintenance of the campus. Applicant must be self-motivated, have strong team building and customer service skills, possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to the highest quality standards. Successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations of the engineering department, including grounds maintenance of a 50-acre campus. Must have proven working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades, college education in the engineering field or business preferred; and at least 5-7 years of directly related and management experience with budgetary and financial performance.
