Project Engineer/ Project Manager
Wildlands Engineering, Inc. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Virginia Team in our Charlottesville office. We are looking for an engineer with experience in natural systems restoration, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, storm water management, construction documentation, and/or construction management.

Major services provided include: Stream and Wetland Restoration/Mitigation Innovative Storm Water Management Watershed and Environmental Planning
The preferred candidate must have a Virginia P.E. license or the ability to obtain a Virginia P.E. license through reciprocity. The preferred candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience and have a good working knowledge of some or all of the following: fluvial geomorphology, ecosystem restoration, innovative storm water management, hydraulic and hydrologic models, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, report writing, and basic project management. Overnight travel within the region is also required.
The selected candidate will work with Wildlands Engineering staff on a range of ecosystem restoration, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, and innovative storm water management projects. Ability to undertake marketing efforts in Virginia will be considered.
