ASME Schedules Biomedicine Miniaturization 2005

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has announced an upcoming seminar on biomedicine miniaturization, Biomedicine Miniaturization 2005, to be held April 5-8, 2005 at the Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport Hotel in Irvine, CA. The seminar will bring together scientific experts to discuss the impact of nanotechnology on the design of miniature medical devices for human health and rehailitation. Biomedicine Miniaturization includes a technical comference and continuing education program consisting of five short courses on Biomaterials in the Design of Medical Devices, Bio-nanotechnology: The Use of Nanotechnology for Biomedical Applications, Mechanics and Protection for Head-related Sports Injuries, Neuro-rehabilitation: Measurement and Control, and Intellectual Property and Intellectual Asset Management.
