Clark•Nexsen Awarded VMI A/E Contract

Clark•Nexsen is pleased to announce that they have been selected for a Term Contract for Architect/ Engineering Services at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI), in Lexington, Virginia.

The firm will be responsible for providing complete services necessary for Project orders issued during the Contract Term. The types of scopes of services that Clark•Nexsen may be required to perform include providing evaluations, analysis, recommendations, cost time estimates, reports, feasibility studies, preparation of schematic or preliminary designs, field inspections and investigations, and code compliance investigation for architectural and structural, mechanical, and civil engineering projects.

Clark•Nexsen: has been providing architectural and engineering services for Virginia Military Institute since the 1960’s. Recently, the firm has designed an addition to VMI athletic facilities, renovations to the Football Stadium and historic Cadet Barracks, renovated Nichols Hall School of Engineering, historic Jackson Memorial Chapel and is currently designing an addition to Barracks which will allow the Corps size to increase up to 1500 cadets.
