Clark•Nexsen Selected For Design and Construction

Clark•Nexsen is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to provide the services required to realize the design and construction administration of the 2006 Privatized Housing Initiative at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

The project’s scope of work is for the design of 524 new upper-class student beds arranged in a community of apartment style buildings on approximately 12 acres of land. The design will transform an undeveloped portion of the campus into a new upper classman community that will include 6 apartment buildings arranged in two distinct quadrangles, Community Activity Center Building, swimming pool, 472 vehicular parking spaces and the site infrastructure required to support the new campus development.
