Draper Aden Presents at VRPS Annual Conference

Michael LaRoche, CLA, ASLA, and Michael Futrell of Draper Aden Associates gave a technical presentation at the Virginia Recreation and Parks Society (VRPS) Annual Conference held in conjunction with the Governor’s Conference on Greenways, Blueways and Trails in Richmond, VA.

The presentation GIS and GPS for Trail Route Identification in Wildland Settings, was highlighted in the Parks and Conservation Educational Track.

Mr. LaRoche is a Landscape Architect at Draper Aden Associates and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He has extensive experience in the development of multi-use trails and pathways and greenway master planning. Mr. Futrell is a GIS Administrator on the Environmental Team and a member of the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping. He has over 14 years experience with Geographic Information Systems and Global Positioning Systems data interpretation and management.
