JEMCOR and FEA Create Partnership

With the opening of Facility Engineering Associates, (FEA) P.C.’s Santa Rosa, CA office, JEMCOR and FEA have created a long-anticipated strategic partnership to better support both their national clients and their clients in Northern California. The partnership enables FEA/JEMCOR to provide turnkey facility management and engineering design consulting services. Jon E. Martens, founder and principal of JEMCOR has been providing facilities management education and consulting services since 1999. Jon and FEA’s senior leaders, Chris Hodges and Jim Whittaker, are IFMA-certified instructors and have been teaching IFMA core competency courses together for years. Principals of JEMCOR and FEA also instruct in UC Berkeley’s and George Mason University’s FM professional certification programs, as well as at the APPA Institute. Laurie A. Gilmer joined FEA to start-up its Santa Rosa office.

Together FEA/JEMCOR provide an expert staff of Professional Engineers, Facility Management Consultants, and Certified Facility Managers that possess a wealth of knowledge on the latest trends in facility management best practices.
