PBS&J Reselected For Master Planning Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District has reselected PBS&J to provide Master Planning A/E services under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The initial contract will be for one year, with an option for two additional years.

PBS&J will provide master planning, facility planning and programming, and geographic information system development throughout the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the former Soviet States.

Typical work orders will include all types of comprehensive master plans, installation real property master planning, infrastructure assessments, programming documents, DD Form 1391 preparation, planning & design charrettes, installation design guides, interior design, planning and design manuals, facility utilization surveys, CADD/GIS mapping and database development, environmental impact assessments, and security and anti-terrorism/force protection studies.
