PHR+A Welcomes New Business Partner

Patton Harris Rust & Associates (PHR+A) has recently announced that it has finalized its merger of Newport News, VA, based firm, Coenen and Associates, Inc. (Coenen).

Coenen was established in 1959 by Jon D. Coenen and is today operated by his son, J. Douglas Coenen, Jr., LS. The firm provides civil engineering, water resources and public infrastructure and a number of other services to a variety of clients throughout the Hampton Roads area.Coenen has served several local municipalities as well as local and national development companies. It has recently provided engineering and land surveying work for two of the region’s largest development projects, City Center at Oyster Point and Port Warwick.
