The Prince William County Service Authority (PWCSA) has selected Dewberry, a leading, privately held, market-facing firm with a proven history of providing professional services to a wide variety of public- and private-sector clients, for a continuing contract that will provide a variety of services primarily related to the information management and work management initiatives of water and wastewater utility. PWCSA is seeking to implement data-driven, decision-making frameworks and a collaborative approach for the development of benefits and deliverables. Following the initial $1.2 million annual business ordering agreement, the contract has the option for four additional years of work.

Additionally, the firm will provide related services for geographic information systems (GIS), information technology, integrated utility management, decision support, project management office, and portfolio and program management.

Dewberry will provide research and evaluation techniques and develop technical and management protocols, frameworks, standards, work processes, and tools. The firm will also conduct business requirements reviews and provide other analyses and studies. Additionally, the firm will implement business data stewardship in the creation and management of structured and unstructured GIS asset-register data.
