ValuTech, Inc. is a full service Right of Way Consulting and Acquisition firm providing services by the hour or by complete turnkey project delivery. Services provided include pre-engineering right of way consultations, project estimates, titles, appraisals, negotiations, relocations, documents and closing. Special Studies are also available. Broad Area Surveys are the most accurate method of performing the overall analysis of a regional market. Proximity Damage Studies provide an analysis of the overall market area relative to partial acquisitions and location of public assets including roadways and utilities. This is accomplished by observing and detecting how the market reacts by statistical and studied analysis of market participation. Severance Damage Studies are complex analyses of the before and after valuation of properties directly affected by public acquisition of private property rights.
