I've never been treated with the same disrespect in this way as these people today. They are sorry that I bought a $2000 mower.
It would take 3 weeks for my mower to be serviced. They took 6 weeks to service my mower and even lost it in their junkyard.
My battery was damaged and I had to buy a new one. It was in good c...ondition when I brought it back. It was fine.
I ended up dropping my card at the counter, and I'm now the bad guy because I dropped it on the counter. They would be furious if they had 80.00 to buy a new battery because THEY messed with the old one.
They will be grateful and I will never forget them.
I felt like I had finally found people who care about their customers.
They desperately need someone at the front desk who is compassionate about people. The blonde lady who was at the front desk was rude and dismissive every time I entered their doors. My words didn't matter to her, but the owner did. I pray this doesn't happen again to anyone else.
They won't be interested in this review since they have so many business, but I hope and pray that something changes in that area.
