J&L tree services was recommended to me for cutting/trimming back trees that were too close to my home. They provided a fair estimate. They were expected to complete the work within the week. They didn't show up on the day. I waited until 3:00 before calling them. They said they would go to the location of the crew and... they would call me back. NO PHONE CALL. I wouldn't do business with any company that does not show up for work or return calls. This was VERY unprofessional! ! More text

I had very large dangerous trees near my home. The trees were also located on a steeply sloping lot that made it difficult to navigate. This crew of men was incredibly skilled in removing these trees. They were extremely hardworking, safe and cleaned up well. Recently, I was trying to get quotes for several tree companies. After many unanswered phone calls and "no-shows", I found J and L. I was then given a time to meet the next day. Luis arrived promptly at the scheduled time and reviewed my requests. He provided me with an excellent, honest quote and promised to have the ...crew there the next day. I was amazed to find that the crew arrived an hour later than he left and were ready to trim my trees. Three large black walnut trees were trimmed and one small walnut was cut down. Wood was also stacked. Oscar did an amazing job climbing the trees with his chainsaw and was very impressive in midair. It was quite an incredible experience to witness this aerial feat. Joel was very careful and completed all the work in just over an hour. The results were excellent and I consider the company fair and honest. More text
