Great and friendly customer service! They have repaired our Craftsman lawn tractor and weed cutter. They also sold us an Echo weed cutter. After purchase, they took the time to show us how it works. They are very accommodating and offer pickup and delivery services that are a great bonus.

While on a trip, I found Planters and Designers. I searched for small power equipment to buy and found it on Echo's dealer site. These are not easy to find, but they are well worth the effort. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a special guest. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questio...ns, even those I didn't understand. Planters and Designers is now my local long-distance power tool shop. Retail sales rarely offer such professionalism and friendliness. Cody was a great recommendation for me regarding lawnmower repairs. Cody was very helpful and the prices were excellent. I felt like I was a regular customer. The speed with which they fixed me and mowed my lawn was amazing. Highly recommended!

Before purchasing a Gravely HD mower, I spent over a year studying mowers. I mowed 2 acres of dirt. Cody was my contact person during that year. He was always patient, understanding, kind, and grateful for the research I did. He didn't give me the sleazy salesman feeling that I can't stand. I had 5 options in mind when... I began: Toro, Hustler Bad Boy, Bob Cat and Gravely. Then, it was down to 2. Dealer support was largely responsible for my decision. Although I have only used the mower for 4.5 hours, I am confident it will last me a long time. If it does not, Cody will fix it. If you are looking for a new mower or chainsaw, I recommend Cody @ Planter’s and his designers. More text

Cody, the Shop Manager, is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He is always willing to help. I purchased a Gravely zero turn mower from them. They were very helpful and friendly.

Cody and his staff were great in helping me purchase a proturn lawn mower. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I was leaning towards Exmark, the knowledge and service I received from Cody was superior to any other place I visited. I was so happy with my purchase that I would buy it again. Planners and designers are a great place for your small engine or lawnmower to be repaired or serviced. They are friendly and always helpful. Cody in the service department can fix any problem. He repaired my old mower, and he also serviced my new mower. They are affordable and they do a great job.

Planters and Designers was recommended to me by a cousin. I am glad that I went. Because of engine problems, I took my Cub Cadet zero turn mower to Planters and Designers. It turned out that i was wrong. It was an electrical problem with the switch that was grounding out. Let me tell ya what. One good mechanic is all i...t takes to trace wires and solve problems like this. Cody is amazing. The mower was delivered and picked up by Cody within 4 days. It was fixed at an unbelievable price. These guys will be my go-to for any engine repairs. They are reliable and know their stuff. You won't find better service and certainly not at a lower price. More text

A few months ago, I purchased a 42 inch Zero Turn Gravely. It was a wonderful experience. The staff at Planters & Designers, Cody Anderson, are exceptional. They are organized and work hard to make sure you get what your need quickly. Lowes and Home Depot offer competitive prices for everything. It's a good deal becaus...e I purchased it there, and it can be serviced and repaired there. That's not what you will find at Lowes or Home Depot. Frankie, the owner, is a very nice person who graduated from Va Tech. It couldn't be better to do business here. More text

For over ten years, I have dealt with Planters and Designers. They have always been professional and reliable. They have a friendly, caring staff that is also very knowledgeable. Cody is an outstanding service rep! His service has been excellent for me over the years. Cody was great in making sure that I was 100% satis...fied with the Gravely mower.
