The inspection was well explained to me and I was guided through every step of the process. I like the fact that this company is fully insured. This was our first of many large projects for our home. We had to get our roof replaced entirely and Carlos was extremely helpful and professional to work with. His crew was on time and very courteous. I would highly recommend him and his team for any roofing needs. We are 100% satisfied with the work and customer ser...vice. He is very detailed in the assessment, and what he recommends. I also appreciated he told us he did not believe in wasting supplies, and if he saw it wasn’t necessary to replace (plywood) he would not. Excellent company, I recommend 100%. Replaced a metal roof that randomly leaked with shingles and stuccoed an enormous chimney in 3 days.

Because a neighbor recommended Rosales Roofing, I contacted the company using their convenient online tool. I received a prompt response. Mr. Rosales came personally and, after inspecting the roof, provided an estimate, along with information as to why the replacement was appropriate, vs. the repair I thought was neede...d. The workers came to the house to start work as promised. They worked long days, had all the necessary supplies and tools to do the job, and they were professional. Professional service. Arrived exactly when scheduled. Paid exactly as quoted. Hard working crew and careful around landscaping. Cleaned up was outstanding as roof replacement creates enormous mess. I’ve not found a single nail or waste from the project! Would select them again.
