The worst landscaping company ever! Unprofessional. They do a horrible job. They wreck cars and don't seem to care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! !

I called them to report an issue that I saw. The boss man called me back and apologized for the problem. I truly feel like he was sincere and just trying to keep the company going.

The grass is yellow and brown, with large dirt spots. They mow even when they don't need it so they have to make money. When they weed eat, they don't know how to turn it so it doesn't throw grass and rocks into the cars. Look outside to find grass growing on top of cars, along with large pieces of mulch and paint chip...s. They said that instead of trying to prevent it .... they just used a leaf blower after blasting it with the weedeater solution ha! More text

HERMITAGE MANOR CONDOS IS DONE WITH TIM STONE/ RUSTIC RIDGE!! POLICE DEPT CALLED TO THE PROPERTY AS TIM WOULD NOT LEAVE PRIVATE PROPERTY Rustic Ridge cut the irrigation hoses on the property with their equipment, and tore up all landscape lights at the entry with their weedeaters. TIM STONE visited the Property to meet... the President of the HOA... He became very rude and unfriendly towards Hermitage Manor HOA President... He didn't offer to repair any damage caused by his workers! Tim Stone is not allowed to return to the property. If he returns at 400 Sunset Dr Johnson City, TN, further action will be taken! Tim is extremely knowledgeable and provided me with an almost endless number of options to fit any budget. He is professional, hardworking, and brings a traditional work ethic to every project. He can do it all, from hardscapes to trees and mulching. He is a great guy and I would recommend him to everyone.

Tim Stone and his staff truly care about customers. I was looking for a company that was professional, affordable, and high quality. Rustic Ridge was all that I needed. From now on, I will only use Rusticridge. They are great for any landscaping need!
