It was lost by Home Depot before I got it back. It now costs $575. Managers won't cooperate with you. They claimed it would be simpler to dispute my credit card c...ompany rather than to deal directly with Home Depot. Home Depot attacked me again. After I ordered a replacement, they attacked me again. It's shameful that no one has the desire or ability to help customers. My business would be ashamed if it wasn't in this area. ! More text

This is my main Home Depot for Northern Virginia. This website contains everything you need to care for your garden and home. Sometimes, the staff is too busy to answer all your questions. This is the biggest store in the region. It's well worth the effort.

Today I visited the site I was asked to confirm and was called. Pro-Services was asked to help me. I was sent by the least helpful worker who said he couldn't help but to leave. I was not able to help. Fred (with glasses) is the reason I gave Fred 5 stars. I was close to being done, but was disappointed. I decided to a...sk the next person I saw. Fred was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He even helped me. It's amazing how many people are needed to get to know someone without asking questions. Fred is an example. These are the people to support, help, and keep happy. They will keep your business afloat. ! Fred was delighted to have my note. Fred was thrilled to receive my note. We are very grateful. ! Home Depot Alexandria is where you should go if your looking for the best. Since its inception, this shop has been my favorite spot to purchase supplies. Lillian, my assistant in painting, was extremely helpful in helping me choose the colors that I liked. She ensured that I had the correct base paint for each color. L...awrence, the gentleman featured in these photos, was always there to help me when I needed him. Every time he helped, he smiled. (See the photos. Lawrence is attentive, kind, and helpful. He made sure that my belongings were secure and safe in my car so that I could transport them. Lawrence Home Depot Alexandria is home to such wonderful employees who understand customer service. This place was horrible for customer service! Staff would find your paint more attractive if it dried instead of being dried. Despite having been to this location many times, I have not experienced exceptional customer service.
