Would 10/10 recommend shopping at Toyota of Bristol if you are in the market for a new car. Toyota of Bristol made it as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend Jacob. He made the process so much easier and was very hard working with it getting me the car that I wanted. He took his time and was very patient in t...he process. We had our truck towed to the Bristol Toyota dealership 3/11/22. I contacted Toyota corporate because Adrien at corporate said once I got the truck diagnosed at a dealership, Toyota would help with repairs because the issue is a known issue with Tundras (secondary air injection pump). After going back and forth with co...rporate, and them going back on their word, I called the dealership to have them contact the warranty company that I have an extended warranty through. Andy Mountcastle was my service person and he said he would contact the warranty company to see if it would be covered. Over a week and a half went by, with Andy literally dodging our calls. Multiple times, my mom called, and the person that answered would say, "Oh, he's right here, let me get him." Only to get back on the phone and say, "Oh, uh, he's busy." This went on and on until I was finally able to get Andy on the phone today, 3/25/22. He said that he hadn't called the warranty company yet because he had been busy... Over a week and a half of my truck sitting at the dealership, with Andy avoiding my calls, only to find out that he hadn't even contacted the warranty company!! The icing on the cake was when my mom called to see if the truck had been detailed yet, and he went on a rant about how disgusting the truck is and how much hair there was (news flash, dogs shed idiot. Not to mention, it couldn't have been that much since the only dog in that car in the last year was a chocolate lab when we took a roadtrip). He then belittled my mom saying her truck was "filled with garbage, and it's the worst truck he's ever seen." Again, it is a blatant lie. He wanted to berate and belittle my disabled mother for reasons I do not understand nor wish to understand. I would highly, HIGHLY, suggest avoiding this dealership any way you can. If you're looking for a good honest mechanic, call Kegley Auto Service in Lebanon VA. Toyota wanted $3300 to replace the pump, Kegley did it for $750. More text

Do you like your paperwork "lost" or "not filed"? Do you like being hung up on, ignored, and your calls not answered? Then this is the dealership for you. My friend doesn't leave reviews but I do. She bought 2 vehicles from this dealership both being involved in accidents. They messed up her paperwork 3 or 4 times to t...he point she is actually getting money back because they didn't cancel and continued to charge her for a maintenance plan. Now they are saying they are supposed to keep that money when the check gets to them and refuse to answer their phone. When they do answer they hang up. I love toyota as a brand but this dealership has rubbed me the wrong way. I will be going to a dealership thats not related to this one for any service on my lexus, and when I go to purchase the carolla GR hatch. More text

Phillip Taylor at Toyota of Bristol helped us find and purchase a Toyota Highlander. They say the early bird gets the worm, and Phillip was the first person to contact us with the vehicle we were wanting. The wait was a couple of weeks vs the 2-3 months most places were estimating, and this dealership is not adding... market value markups or phantom add-on "protection" packages. New Year, New Me, NEW CAR! It started out dipping a toe in the water, estimating the value of my then current car thinking to myself, “meh, I doubt anything will come from this, but what the hay.” Fast forward and I am now fully underwater in the pool that is Toyota and LOVING IT; reveling in the vehicle I named Celes...te, my brand-spankin new, all-wheel drive, blue 2022 Corolla Cross!!! Literally the best purchase I have made this year (LOL) and will continue to be the best purchase for at least the next 5 years. I cannot express the appreciation I feel for the Bristol dealership. Jacob Kopp answered all my questions with zero hesitation and was great to work with. I mean, the man was able to pinpoint the exact vehicle I was envisioning, including the trim level, options, and the color! Even Todd, the finance guy, took time to answer all my questions so that I understood my paperwork and I happily signed my name on that dotted line. Honestly, the whole team in Bristol stood out compared to other dealerships. They put in time and effort and treated me like family instead of just another sale, which not only made the experience fun, but has now ruined all the other dealerships for me. 12 out of 10, I will be buying from them again and recommend EVERYONE go there for all their vehicular needs!
