Walsh Electric saved me! I needed someone to look at my ceiling fan. In a panic, I called Walsh Electric and Israel arrived at my house the next morning. Ed Walsh, the owner, was kind and patient with me over the phone. He got me on their schedule fast even though another electrician had failed to show up. Matt arrived last minute, and it was quite late in the evening. However, he made his appearance and I was more than impressed and happy with the 5+ star service. He was polite and courteous. He was great with our large, 95lb pit bull, who is a lover, and our other Australian setter, who are quite rambunctious. He is a ...great dog and person. He made sure that everything was taken care of and then he called dominion to get us talking so they could solve the problem. Before he left, he made sure we were satisfied and taken care of. The schedule was created for me the very same day that I called. It was so frustrating that the smoke alarm kept making a constant beeping sound. I was able to find out the exact location of the repairman when I called to check-in. This saved me the hassle of waiting and wondering if he was available in my time slot. I...srael came to replace my smoke alarm with a lithium smoke alarm. Although it was more complex than the smoke alarm, he persevered until he found the source. He also helped with the installation of additional bulbs and batteries and completed everything quickly. He was friendly, helpful, and tidy. Abraham arrived to repair an issue that had no power to my home's outlets the day after I called. He was very friendly and quickly fixed the problem with the wire that had been cut. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that it was same-day service. I would definitely recommend it and will use it again.
