Structural Engineer - Solar
Sigora Solar, Virginia’s largest and most successful solar energy firm, is seeking a structural engineer to fulfill a variety of needs. The successful candidate will design various solar support structures (structural steel), oversee their fabrication, and supervise their installation. Other roles include structural analysis of rooftops, estimating, and infrastructure design for our solar and wind microgrid projects in Haiti. PE certification in VA is a must (DC stamp will also need to be obtained). Electrical background is a significant advantage. CAD and RISA (or similar) skills desired. Solar industry training and hands-on installation experience will be provided.
