Esteban and Keylah were very professional and responsive. They got our shed roof replaced in a timely manner. The work was excellent.

I've used this business and given it a 5-star review myself, but the follow post is on behalf of my parents who recently used Loudoun Roofing to do some updates to the interior of their home: "We used Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement because they did a fantastic job on our daughter’s house in finishing their basemen...t and came highly recommended. For our house, we had several jobs done, including replacing the first floor carpet with a simulated hardwood floor, fixing drywall imperfections and painting the inside of most of our house, replacing the countertops and sink in our kitchen, replacing internal double doors with glass-paned doors, remodeling our fireplace, replacing a dressing room vanity/countertop, replacing a shower threshold, installing a countertop with a sink in the basement, and installing a large mirror in the basement. Our experience with them was very good. Many things impressed us about this company, making it the BEST contractor that we have ever dealt with. The owners are a married couple that are heavily involved in the work itself and personally make sure the customer is happy. They communicate with the homeowner to understand decisions and help advise as necessary. They have a very high degree of integrity and are upfront with you. They provided a reasonable estimate, and their invoice broke the job down in detail, so you know where the cost was. I have never seen this detail from another contractor. Their crew are highly talented and motivated employees, who performed their work professionally and quickly. They were all very kind and conscientious, focusing on doing a good job. Ivan was a superstar who can do ANYTHING when it comes to building, and Gerber is a top-notch painter who demonstrated many other skills such as tile work and fixing drywall. When we expanded the scope of the work, such as painting a closet and fixing/painting the cathedral ceiling in another room, they added it to the job and the price was very reasonable. Another amazing fact was that I only had to say something once. Any other contractor would have required reminding. In fact, Keylah kept better notes than me and reminded me of past decisions, which avoided inconsistent direction. There are many other things that impressed me about them, but the bottom line is that they were a great pleasure to work with, and we would absolutely consider using them again. It is extremely rare for me to write a review, but this experience deserved to be an exception." More text

Contacted Loudoun Roofing to remove a satellite dish. They fit me in quickly, showed up on time, walked me through the process and most importantly did a great job. They took pictures along the way to ensure I knew the work was being completed properly. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for services... from a roofing company. More text
