The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is where I go to get my state inspection. I was saved by one of the garage men from a possible blowout. He suggested that he add air and noticed that the tire's sidewall was splitting. He will always be my hero.

Let me start by saying that I am a DIY guy. I did most of the work, but I had to have it aligned after installing new shocks/springs. It had to be taken to a workshop. They dialed it in using the most current laser technology. They were professional, friendly, and honest. They completed my car in under an hour even tho...ugh they didn't have an appointment. They are recommended highly and far superior to the big-name shops. More text

They were efficient and fast in performing my annual inspection. I found the price to be reasonable at $20. The best thing about my inspection was the advice I received. My inspection was canceled due to brake and tire problems. The mechanic gave me advice on what prices to look for and which questions to ask. Royal wa...s too costly to repair so I needed to look elsewhere. It was incredible to receive honest and sound advice. It worked in my favor. I was able find affordable repair shops and my inspection passed one week later. In case your safety inspector is not available within 15 days of a failed inspection, 1$ will be charged for a reinspection. More text

Each time, prompt, efficient emissions, and safety inspections. He stopped inspecting me to inform me that his wife had completed the inspection. He didn't charge any additional for hooking up equipment. In this area, we will continue to conduct inspections.

I had my safety inspection done and the exhaust test passed. I own a 2007 Jetta, and was concerned that they would charge me for repairs. It was painless and quick. Within 12 months, I'll be back.

I have been here several times to have my car serviced. The initial service was great. They performed an oil change and my tires. They were friendly and efficient, and charged a fair price. My car was having trouble starting up recently due to an intermittent problem with the check engine lamp. It was a crank position ...sensor. It was quickly replaced. The problem was not fixed by the replacement. They scan the code, but refuse to lift the car to verify the sensor. They are great for basic maintenance such as oil changes. They are not qualified to repair or diagnose more complex cars. It is also disconcerting to me that they don't stand behind their work/parts. More text

Jim and his Fairlington Service Center team restored my 2006 Ford Explorer V8 after 170k miles. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Jim and his team are highly recommended to older vehicles.
