The service was not perfect, but it turned out to be a success 3 days later. They arrived five days prior to the appointment with seven of their children. They called the day prior to cancel their appointment. They arrived on time, but weren't there when they were due. My 19-year-old daughter wasn't there. They failed ...to keep their word. They didn't explain the situation to my daughter and she didn't receive a receipt. The repairman signed the estimate without my permission. I do not know how much I paid nor if I authorized the work. Amazingly, the repair cost for my car was very affordable. They are the only ones who can service us in our area so I will be using them again. More text

Bobby was informed that my engine may have been damaged by negligence of a dealer mechanic. After my oil change, 1250mi later, the oil pan drain plug was loosened. All the oil was able to escape. My car was covered in oil, so I had to stop driving and turn around. I was worried, it is obvious. Despite the fact there wa...s a lot of cars still to be inspected, the people trusted him with their cars. Bobby took mine to the shop and had it checked out within days. He was able find no damage and reported it to me honestly. He took photographs of his findings, so I could report them directly to the service manager. Bobby is loyal and trustworthy to his customers. Bobby values honesty and quality work. The cost of the oil change and drain plug was all he charged, with an additional charge for inspecting the engine for damage. This was very reasonable. Bobby may not be the best person for your car to get an oil change. His shop does a lot of important repairs. Hell will help you write documentation if needed, no matter what the problem. More text

DON'T GO THERE. Bad gas quality. Every time I fill up my 2020 Ford with gasoline there, the power of my engine is reduced and my engine makes a lot of noise. Took me in for my inspection. They confirmed that I needed tires. They were able to help me find a reasonably priced tire and completed the process in less than two hours. I was able leave my car at the location and return it when I needed it. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Update: Adrian called me shortly following publication of my review and offered to take a look at the vehicle once again for free. A technical bulletin was also sent to VW. We hope that it will resolve the issue. My 2010 VW Jetta was having trouble with its check engine light. It was giving code P0106. It was brought i...n 12/20/2021. It needed a new MAP sensor. Adrian was able help me with P0106, which is a common problem. Oil leaking from your PCV could also cause the problem. The problem was with the sensor, he was told. It was fixed by the "experts" for $749.41. The car was running fine when I left but the check engine light started to go out. This indicated that the problem had been fixed. The same problem occurred three months later when I returned to the shop for P0106. Adrian asked me about the same problem. The sensor's PCV was leaking oil. This was a solution to the problem, we were assured. We also agreed to pay $423.75 because this was an issue that shouldn't have happened again. The car started working again after I left. My car still struggled to start when I left. The shop scheduled an appointment for 03/29/2022. They informed me that there was a passive fault with the MAP sensor (P0106). German Auto Group recommended that I return the item to them as the service they provided didn't resolve the problem. It could have been due to a wrong diagnosis or a poor fix. Today, 04/06/2022, my check engine light went on AGAIN. It now throws code P0106 AGAIN. German Auto Group of Alexandria should pay me for the services that they rendered. I need my car repaired by someone who can diagnose and fix the problem. Both the sensor and the computer are covered under warranty More text

5 star service! Every member of the service staff treats you like a valued customer. If you have any problems, it is worth telling the team. Lenders cars are usually available for around 80% of my appointments because I arrive early. My wife has used a loaner car almost every time she needed one. This company is the best in air conditioning and heating. Sherman was involved in three of my HVAC systems for the past six years. Sherman is reliable, prompt, can diagnose complex problems quickly, and charges an affordable price. Sherman spent fifteen minutes calling me by telephone, while my furnace cycled due to a ...pressure switch. He helped me remove the condensate that was trapped in my furnace. He gave me instructions and it was fixed. He refused to pay for his help. If someone in your family has an issue with their heating or air conditioner, I recommend that you call Mr. Sherman.
