Excellent customer service. Milton came to diagnose a major problem. He was very knowledgeable and had a great rapport with his patients. He took detailed notes and explained every step. Rush Electric Company Inc. was new to us and we used their warranty. Their service was outstanding. Rush sent Reggie, their tech, to help us. Reggie came to our home and was very friendly. He was very helpful and made sure we understood every detail. We approved the repair after being notified via warranty. The warrant...y company notified Reggie to fix our sink faucet and bathtub. Reggie, a Rush Electric Co. tech, will be our referee. He is a great guy and will do an incredible job. We are five stars. More text
