I went in to get shots for my dog. I waited for 30 minutes. There was no one to help, and the only person who could was on the phone. After we called him attention, he became very rude. Easy access to Lee Highway. Excellent for animal needs and farming equipment. There is a small selection of clothing available for all ages.

This is a great place to get a little bit of everything, both for wildlife and pets. I love to feed the birds, and deer. TS is a great place to have your pets in my yard. TS provides a great diet for the dogs. All at fantastic prices. We also have boots, shoes, nuts bolts, and a wide range of equipment for the garden. ...Staff are polite and friendly. More text

When I called to ask if they had 50lb bags meat bird feed in stock, they replied that they did. But 5 minutes later, they discovered they didn't have it in stock.

After searching all over town for the item, we finally found it at tractor supply. I know it can be frustrating to have people arrive at closing time and take their time, but we were not like that. We arrived 8 minutes before closing, looking for one thing. We asked for help and they were clearly upset. We searched eve...ry inch of the section where the item might have been, but couldn't find it. So we raced back to the front so that they could close down. The lady at the register assured us that she would be there for us when we got close enough. We also assured her that she was happy to help us find the item we were looking for and she didn't have to buy anything. As I walked out of the door, I apologized to her for being so close to her and said thank you to her just to not be acknowledged. Sorry, but I am a person who works closely with the public and it is common to show customer service skills to at least tell your guest a good time. Although I don't usually complain, these employees were rude. We arrived late, so I apologize and waited for you guys 4 more minutes. More text
