Tricities came out to do our roof last week. After months of trying to get quotes from various companies, tricities came out, quoted, scheduled, and completed our new roof within a week. They were prompt, polite, accommodating, and quick. It only took two days to reroof both our house and detached garage. I cannot say ...enough good things about them. More text

We had searched and searched for a dependable roofing company only to be disappointed until we found Tri-Cities Roofing. We were given a free estimate and were able to talk with Michael Mumpower, the operations manager,who answered all questions we had throughout the process. They showed up on time, were respectful, co...urteous and able to finish the job in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof or roofing repair! More text

Blake and Michael were courteous and professional and offered the best estimate for the job. The crew showed up early and worked all day long - despite snowfall - and we had completed roof in 2 days. Work was completed on-time and when scheduled. Invoiced amount was higher than estimate with less work being completed than estimated. Communication was poor and rude at the end during payment.

I called and was able to schedule an estimate almost immediately. They came on time, were kind, professional, and prompt. Michael listened to the problem, told me exactly what was needed. The estimate covered everything and was priced well. They came and replaced part of our gutters, added a drip edge to our metal roof..., and installed leaf filters all the way around. From my estimate to the service being done took about four days! This was as awesome an experience as I could’ve asked for. If you have any roofing/gutter needs don’t hesitate to call Tri-cities roofing. They have experience and take pride in the work done. More text

Michael and Tyler are awesome to work with. Definitely one of the best roofing companies in the area. They were very professional and beat the other "top notch quality" roofers in the area by a couple thousand dollars on the roof. I cant say enough good things about this company. Two of my neighbors saw the quality of ...their work and hired them as well. They also have a great warrnaty on their craftsmanship and materials they use. More text

Tri-Cities Roofing did a good job on repairing my roof and charged less than expected due to not using as much materials as originally quoted. Will use them again if I need more roofing done in the future!
