Ben did the estimate for roof repair, roof replacement, and gutter replacement. Very informative answered all my questions and concerns. Had a small leak in old roof, Ben made arrangements for repairs, and they were also completed in a timely manner, waiting on roof replacement. Estebon and his crew were assigned my Me...tal Roof replacement the crew of Ramiro, Cruz, Jose were very polite, professional, were pleasant to work with through the entire roof replacement process. Answering questions and keeping us informed about the roof replacement. When weather changed snow and rain in the forecast, Estebon and his crew went the extra mile to make sure our home was weather tight, Estibon and the crew took pictures showed me how the roof and panels were in place and Estebon made extra trips to inspect progress and assure us things were in good shape for the weather change. Roof turned out very nice, cold weather throughout the entire job the crew worked as a team got the roof replaced. I Would recommend them, Valley Roofing, if you are considering a roof replacement. Matt and Will came the next day to install the new gutters and leaf guard in the higher roof gutters, very nice job, nice attention to detail very satisfied with their work also. Valley Roofing installed a screenroom on our existing patio, which included interior/exterior lighting and new gutters. It was just under 6 months from the date we signed the contract when they started work, which was exactly what they forecast from the beginning, and construction lasted about 3 weeks. All of the craft...smen were very polite, professional, did quality work, and cleaned the job site daily before leaving. We were kept up to date on progress and any delays due to weather (construction occured in February). The finished project looks great, is well built, and we are extremely pleased with it! My only disappointment throughout the entire process is that after our initial down payment, billing did not occur in accordance with our contract. I had to call the project manager, the company business office, and make one visit in person in order to get things straightened out and we are still waiting for an invoice reflecting that our account is "paid in full" and a warranty packet a month after construction was completed. Replaced a flat tpo roof on my house. Very competitively priced. Were a bit delayed in starting, left a bit of a mess at the site after finishing with a lot of debris in the gutters and dirt on my siding. Also had some pretty major drainage issues with how they set things up. However, when I pointed out these problems ...they were very responsive and fixed everything quickly w/o any hassle or extra charges. Ultimately I was very pleased with their service and would def recommend to others (though still need a few more years to determine durability of the installation). More text

As president of our home owners association, it came to my attention that several townhome units were in need of roof repairs. After contacting Valley Roofing I was met by Jerry Martin. Jerry was punctual, professional and friendly. After reviewing the scope of work, he thoroughly outlined a plan, timeline and cost for... repairs. They communicated with me through the entire process and performed the repairs on time and on budget. I’m very impressed with their operation and would recommend their services to anyone. More text

The installer did a good job with the installation of the gutters. However he was unable to turn the trailer around without running over our grass area. It has just rained all day the day before and the ground was soaked. As such he left deep ruts. The salesman should have been aware and warned me that the large tr...ailer they use could not turn around in our driveway. Additionally just two days before we had soil and seed put on the edge of our new asphalt driveway. When the installer came up the hill he drove off the driveway creating very deep ruts ruining expensive work that was just finished. Everything was wet so he sank deeply into the mud. Care in driving would have avoided this issue. Valley Roofing did push up my job as requested which was kind of them. However, the damage done needs to be rectified. UPDATE: I want to thank Valley Roofing and Blake in particular for resolving the issue promptly and without complaint. That is good customer service!! Thank you. More text

Valley Roofing professionally inspected, quoted, and repaired my leaking flashing. They kept their commitments for timing, work and costs. It was nice to be notified by phone/text for each visit. The men were all pleasant and competent. The result looks great, too.

I absolutely love my roof and this entire experience has been wonderful. Esteban's crew was professional, fast, and they took time to do the extras like fix a piece of my broken siding where my old leaking roof had rotted it. Ramiro, Cruz, and Jose were an unstoppable 3-man team. They showed up early every day, work...ed hard, and besides the regular construction sounds, I didn't even know they were here. No loud music blasting or constant smell of cigarettes like many other contractors I've worked with. These guys were professional and checked in often to make sure I was happy with the ongoing work. AND they finished earlier than their expected timeframe. Great job by Valley Roofing! More text
