I don’t normally leave review but this car wash was a waste of $ will not be a returning!

Guy told me I could get 30 days of free washes for $20, I agreed. At no point did he say I would be charged anther $40 after that month. They stole my money and their car wash sucks. Don't let them trick you

They do a great job. Just need a little more Armoral on the tires and stocked supplies out at the vacuums. There was no window cleaner or towels last week. That had never happened before. I absolutely love the floor mat cleaner... amazing! It's a really good wash and spiff up for a fair price. The option for the monthl...y pass is great too. More text

The worst place to go. After telling me i was going to get charged 17.99 a month they started charging me 29.95. I went and spoke to the management their and the gave me the customer service number, that was no help and the women kept trying to give me a new sticker for my new car to finish out the monthly plan, I told... her I don’t go to their car wash anymore and she still kept telling me about the sticker. Worst car wash ever. Also worst part of this is that every time I go something happens to my car, whether it is a scratch or something flying off my car. More text

I have been going to wash n roll dince they opened and really rnjoyed thier service. BUT..due to competition. they have stationed someone at the gate. pushing for monthly deals..after several visits explaining i was not interested. My FINAL VISIT..was the last draw. The young man at the gate was selling the monthly dea...l, i said to him i just want the $17 wash ..he kept selling and i kept telling him 3 times, i wasnt interested and actually handed him a $20 bill to please put in the cash slot for me, because he was blocking my way...by this time i was pretty frustrated ..so i said ..you need to listen to me..I DO NOT WANT THE DEAL...he promptly said to me...NO! YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME...this is where it got interesting..i asked him again please put my money in for the wash...He said he would give me 1 month for $17..so i gave in...i said take it out of that $20...he said he needed my card...i said i dont have a card...he said you dont have a card?(i did) but i do not give out to these type places to get in their system just not smart or good bussiness...i asked for my $20 bill back...he did...and he made back out of line(no cars) guess business is slow.. told him i would just go to the newer one on Euclid..and i wouldnt be back...( He didnt even say good bye).. Got to the car wash on Euclid, drove up to the gate..no haggling there, line was long but quick, car wash is cheaper, they had several on staff. This place is amazing, I’m here from out of town for a tattoo convention and my Porsche got super dirty on the drive down from Ohio. I stopped in and was going to get the 20 wash talked to this man I believe is a manager or owner, gave me a free wash, I will recommend this place to everyone at the convention and will c...ome back every time I’m down here. Great place. I am so glad I ended up finding a nice place to clean my car. I love that they offer memberships with unlimited washes.

2nd trip there .Facility itself is good . I just needed a quick cheap exterior 8 dollar wash and was in a hurry.A young blond male salesperson did his job and tried to get me into a more expensive plan . Any other time I may have done it . But I was in a hurry and just wanted to drive through. He became very argumenta...tive and frankly nasty .Told me to take my business elsewhwere.I was given a card with a customer service # to call which I have . Three times with no call back or apology . Don't go to Wash n Roll. You may get verbally accosted by this wannabe ugly salesperson .Bad business . Take my word for it . More text

Boy this was a waste of $12.00... glad I didn't sign up for the membership. Basically looks like the dust was blown off my truck, that's about it. There are atleast two other drive through car wash like this in Bristol and they do alot better job. Will not make this mistake again.

I truly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It doesn’t wash your car good at all. Then they stick a vip sticker on your windshield that is hard to remove. When you try to cancel your membership it is nearly impossible!

This place has a bang-up job on your car wash and the staff is friendly and helpful. Roll on in here and get your car beautified! I got on a monthly plan that I'm satisfied with. Give these guys a try!

I went through the car wash after being told there is a $20 special for a limited washing for the month. I immediately was unhappy because of the micro scratches all over my new truck. I told them I would like a refund and I am not coming back. They would not give me a refund. Now they’ve been charging me for one full ...year for $40 a month. I’m reporting this as a fraudulent charge. More text
