My family and I had a very positive experience dealing with YES Contracting Services- Johnson City, TN to have a new roof installed on our house. On the sales side, Jeremy was very prompt in responding to my initial request for an estimate, was very knowledgeable in explaining options available to us, and worked with o...ur insurance company to receive a payout for weather related damage to our roof. Throughout the entire process, he was very accommodating to my schedule, and even stopped by the house during the install to see how everything was going. Nicola handled the install. She adjusted her team’s normal schedule to accommodate my preferred start time. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing. She made sure her team was onsite as scheduled, and had all the materials needed to successfully perform the install. During the install, she made sure that all work was being done properly. After the completion of the install, she confirmed that a thorough cleanup had been performed. All of the roofers involved worked very hard. Their quality of work was exceptional. We are very satisfied with the results of our roof install, and would not hesitate to recommend YES Contracting Services for other’s roofing needs. More text

Tony Brown and his crew put on a TPO membrane roofing system on my flat patio roof that had given us problems for years. Everything about the entire transaction was top notch. Tony called back and came for an estimate within a day or two of my initial calling. Tony was very professional and courteous. The estimate came... in just a tad lower than what I finally got from the competition in which I had to call repeatedly or not hear back from at all. The day of the install, the crew were prepared, showed up on time, were extremely friendly and polite, and stayed after the job until it was finished. And most importantly, did a very high-quality, nice looking job on my patio roof. I will most definitely use them again and would suggest them to friends and family. Just moved to Hendersonville and discovered my new home had a foyer roof leak. Got very lucky by selecting YES to perform the repairs. Jim and his crew came right out. They were on time, extremely professional, honest, and did an excellent job. They were also very affordable. They cleaned up the site as they were neve...r there. Excellent work from all installers. Siding, guttering and roofing was completed as promised and both Cliff and Chad kept me informed on plans with timely updates. I would use YES on future projects.

Great experience with YES Contracting. They just completed for us a flat roof replacement with soffit and gutters. They did a great job. Workers were great and cleaned up everything as they went. Would recommend them highly!

I have worked in construction most of my life and it is refreshing to find a contractor who takes pride in their work. They installed board and batten siding and it literally transformed the look of our house. I highly recommend them for any construction needs you may have.

YES was very responsive and professional. Jeremy quickly gave me a quote which was slightly less than others. Derek reached out a week later to schedule my job and kept me updated on schedule change due to rain. Roofers were polite and worked from dawn to dark to replace my old roof in two days. Clean up was very good ...and upon my inspection I found no nails or trash. I would highly recommend YES and plan to use them for any contracting needs in the future! More text
