Would NOT recommend this place.. terrible about getting to the job, let alone fixing what you hired them for.. and if you make the mistake and pay them.. you definitely won't see them! Place is a JOKE!!!!

Had someone from Bishop come out over two weeks ago for tree falling on corner of roof. After two weeks or false promises, poor communication, failing to provide a written estimate after being asked twice (among other things), I hired another roofer only to find the Bishop guy had lied about the extent of the damage ...to my roof and the new roofer did it for 1/5 the price. Once we signed a contract for a semi-serious repair, they told me it would take a day or two, but it actually took more like 20. Every time I called they would say they would try to come out "today or tomorrow." When they finally showed, they did less than half the work and demanded payment. When I pointed out the work... wasn't finished, they said they would come back to finish up. They never finished the job and my roof still leaks. I spoke to the owner on at least 3 different occasions. He really sounded knowledgeable about roofing. That is why I am very disappointed that his company could not deliver. More text

I had a small job bid by a larger company in the area. The bid came in much higher then I anticipated. Bishops was suggested to me by a friend. Great customer service on the phone. Showed up, bid the job, shook hands. Work was completed soon after. Correctly! AT HALF THE PRICE! Always price check, use reference...s and deal locally! More text

Update: We're still finding shoddy "work" from Bishop roofing two years after their nonsense. We've had to have real professionals out twice just to completely fix all the bad work from Bishop. Read my review below. Again, I can't stress this enough. NEVER hire this company if you want quality work. If you're loo...king for quality roofing work, look elsewhere. I'd give them negative stars if it were possible. These people are shady at best. They did more damage "repairing" my roof than there was to begin with. We had to fight them tooth and nail for almost a year to get compensated for their mistakes. The compensation we did get wasn't really even close to enough sadly. In the end, I've got a roof that's finally getting repaired by real professionals, but at great cost to me. Meanwhile, Bishop "roofing" is still out there doing subpar work. Hear my warning. Stay far away from these characters unless you want issues. More text

Well know in the area. Great family! If you need any repairs with your roof and siding in the area, they should be your number #1 option. Did a great job on my roof!!!!

DO NOT USE. They took money up front (which I should have known better) and then didn't come back for almost six months. Didn't answer the phone for weeks, and were rude when they finally did. They did an awful job installing the gutters, installed the wrong size boots on the vent pipes, and did the work without notify...ing me that it was finally going to happen. Unprofessional and awful work. Again, do not use this company! More text
