Since 1994, I have taken my BMWs to Alexandria Bavarian Service. Grant, the owner, is someone I trust implicitly. He will always offer fair prices and a level of service that far exceeds what you can get at the dealership. They are BMW experts and have helped us numerous times. Grant and his team at ABS are exceptional professionals. ABS techs quickly diagnosed my BMW 4 Series and provided service. Through BMW Car Club of America, I was able to find ABS, a BIMRS-founded service center. I'm going to return!

Grant saved me money once again by performing additional diagnostic work and not doing unnecessary tasks. Local dealer claimed that my oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket were leaking. He wanted $1650 to replace them both. Grant took it to Grant, who said the oil from my valve cover was leaking to its bottom. The oil... pan was fine and I was able to save half of the dealer's estimate. ABS also fixed the brake sensor, which had been grinding since the brakes had been replaced by the local dealer. ABS has been the only place I trust my 318i/325i/328i and 128i to and I hope they will be around for many years. More text

Grant and ABS have been friends for many years. I also own two BMWs which he has always serviced. Grant and his team are excellent, but more importantly, Grant's honesty/integrity has literally saved me thousands over the years. Grant has often suggested that Grant do work that Grant does not feel is necessary. Sometim...es he found issues that were not covered by my warranty, or CPO and referred me back the dealer for the required service. Grant was there again this week. He helped me get BMW of North America's assistance for a very expensive repair that would have cost over $5K. Instead, my local BMW dealer handled the matter. He has steered me back three times for work he could do himself, but he knew it would be covered partially. Grant's guidance was invaluable. I am grateful for Grant and BMW North America's support of their product. Grant is a man I can trust and will always be my partner. More text

Repairs here are about the same cost as going to the dealer for my MINI. This shop is not a dealership. They rudely replied that if you buy the parts, then you will have to install them. This is a very rude attitude to show a customer new to the business. It's hard to imagine what the answer will be when you need to fi...le a warranty claim for a repair. "You chose us. We didn't ask for you to come here!" More text

Grant and his team at ABS are great people who do a great work. They are very familiar with BMWs and can provide the best advice and repairs to keep your BMW in good condition. Highly recommended.

Grant is a great man. He is open, honest, serious, and upfront. Grant loves his work and is very knowledgeable about it. Grant was very helpful in my BMW Z4 issue. The problem was complex and Grant took the time to inspect the vehicle and observe the situation from various angles. Grant's service is exceptional and wel...l worth the price. Grant is an Automotive Rock Star! The transmission was not repairable. He was able fix it, and our car is now reborn. For all future checks-ups, he is our car doctor!
