Ray is the greatest guy I know. He was the best guy I have ever met. He is a hard worker who will never stop until he understands what's wrong and how to fix it. He'll be your best friend if you are kind. He also loves taco bell tacos and tips.

Although I don't live in Virginia, I needed a mechanic before I bought the car. Ray was great and very honest with me. This place is highly recommended.

They are great mechanics! They are exemplary in customer service. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. They are trustworthy and attentive. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

This morning, I arrived and the car was tested and taken into the garage for repairs. A bad front wheel bearing caused me to make a clicking sound at certain speeds. I can now enjoy silence. This is probably the last time I'll ever write a review, but I must for these guys. They are honest about what they do and how your car is being serviced. After reading reviews, I came across them and was able to print out a list of things that a chain auto shop said I needed. You'd be surprised to learn that 98% of th...e items on my list were bogus. They were able to save me more than $1k on repairs once, and they are easy to work with. They are a great place to start if you're new to the area. Although I've never been to Alexandria, I drove over 40 minutes just so they could look at my car. It's worth it. More text

Route 1 Auto Care is amazing! I stopped using the dealership and now go to Route 1 Auto Care for all my automotive needs. Ray is professional and honest about what needs to be done. It's great to know that I can go to places where I don't feel pressured to do things that aren't necessary. You will be glad you gave them... a chance. More text

We trust this shop to be our one-stop shop for all things auto. Ray is excellent and will tell us what we need. They can quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. If you are looking for honest mechanics, I highly recommend this shop!

Ray is trustworthy and professional. He fixed our brakes and also fixed the AC knob for us without asking. We had been suffering from this problem for so many years. It's so nice to find a mechanic who goes above and beyond. He is the only person my husband and I trust with our cars. We recommend him 100%.

This shop is by far the best in DMV. We have been taking our cars to this shop for 8 years. Ray is trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. It's wonderful to know we are in good hands when we come here.
