This is a busy roofing season. With that in mind, we contacted them, signed a contract and had our new roof installed in 6 weeks time. This was amazing! We even had calls to let us know we was not forgotten. The day after the material arrived the crew showed up. The crew was amazing. In 90 degree heat, they worked on ...through it. I would recommend this company to anyone. From the beginning of this project to the end was people doing the job they was supposed to do. They did everything they said they would. We was going to chose from 5 quotes. However, one didn't even call back until we signed a contract. The other one did not have a good review. Their price was better than all of them. Our roof is gorgeous. I'm so glad we chose BDM. Thanks to each one that called, quoted, installed and cleaned up. You are the BEST!!! More text

I called around looking for a company that could repair my leaking skylight and BDM was literally the first one that could. Amanda took my call and was so friendly and was able to send Dusty out within a few days. He was very courteous and professional. He assessed my skylight and determined there was a small leak c...ausing interior leaking into my condo. He suggested the repairs needed. He came back a second time and met with my insurance adjuster to further review with him the situation secure the funds needed for the repairs. He really went above and beyond. Jared then handled scheduling the skylight repair work and interior painting and it was done in a timely and professional manner. The professionalism and courteousness I experienced from BDM was amazing. I would highly recommend BDM to anyone. More text

I cannot say kind enough things about the people I had the pleasure of encountering during this process. First off my advice to you is to be patient because they stay booked for a reason but will communicate very well with you about everything. Michael was kind and knowledgeable when he arrived exactly on time for my e...stimate. The woman in the office is awesome and so helpful and has a super memory (and I can’t remember her name because I do not share her superpower.) Jared really deserves a medal because he was the one that dealt with me and my ridiculous requests the most. I was impressed with the crew that showed up to work on my roof as they were so speedy! They protected all my bushes and plants near the house (to my pleasant surprise) and made sure not to leave any mess at all. Everyone was hard at work so I communicated with them very little but when I did they were friendly and knowledgeable. Their clear dedication and attention to detail is obvious in each aspect of this process. My entire roof (~1k square feet) was removed, damaged areas repaired, and a new roof installed in a single day. I got up there a little later to check everything out and it is PERFECT. Wonderful experience, highly recommend! We worked with Jared Malone, he helped us every step of the way with our complete roof replacement from our first meeting to when the project was finished and he came back out to ensure everything was just right (which it was!). We have a custom home which made for a potentially... tricky situation due to the original builder's design, initially we were not sure what material we needed or if we needed to change the pitch with additional construction work. After we met with Jared, he educated us and simplified our options which helped us to feel confident, which brought peace of mind because this was a significant investment and we wanted to be sure we wouldn't have trouble later on with the complexities we had to work out. He gave us the pros and cons to all the options but left the final decisions up to us in a no-pressure fashion. This was refreshing because we had previously met with another constructor prior to finding BDM, the other company did not have our confidence because they did not offer choices, they told us one way it had to be, they had higher prices and poor communication. BDM was great, everyone was responsive in communicating, their prices beat the other company's quote and most importantly have our trust and a customer for life. We've really liked all the guys on the work crew. They've all been very friendly, polite and very respectful. They have a great team, we appreciate all of them, they worked hard and efficiantly. We didn't worry about leaving to go to work while they were there. They cleaned up all the scrap material and left everything so nice, they went around with special tools to ensure no nails were left behind after the drop cloths were taken away.
