Excellent and fast service, easy process of buying. I called about a 2019 Impala financing was done quickly, when I got to the dealership it was a quick in and out. I have bought vehicles before and been there 4+ hours however not here. Thank you

Went in for oil change, fuel filters, va in air filter and tire rotation, I furnished the oil. Bill $419., on the way home my hood popped up to the detent, it wasn’t fully closed. My tires were 65 psi on the front and 70 on the rear when I went in it was the reverse going out which tells me no one checked the air press...ure. They also charged me a $26 disposal fee in the bill. The private shop I normally use would charged me $220, and the never fail to check air pressure and my hood has never ever popped open. More text

Keith provided TERRIBLE customer service. I was in looking at trading my 19 Equinox and the entire conversation was one sided. The most he said was when I looked at a subaru, and the only thing he said was "ah that one's nice".

Well I guess Friendsship ford didn't want to sell a car today. My wife stopped by today to look at a 2022 bronco sport. After about 30 mins or so someone finally came out to see if she needed help. She told him she wanted to see inside a 2022. He tried to get her to look at an older model. She said she wanted to look i...nside of the 2022. He said he would go get the keys. He went inside and unlocked it from inside the building and never came back out to talk. Great customer service...geesh! Won't be back there. More text

So I take my 2015 F150 out to. Friendship this morning, had an appointment to get 3 recalls taken care of and to have it serviced. Also I have been getting a rear park aid alert so I asked to have that looked at as well, I was quoted a flat rate of $144, PER HOUR!! I asked what if it's a loose wire and it's a 10 minute... job. On April 25th, 2022 my wife and I where traveling through your area heading to Smoky Mountain National Park for a couple of weeks camping at Elkmont. We have a Ford 250 diesel truck and tow a 30 ft, fifth wheel camper. About 10 miles from your we heard a load noise from the engine compartment and we immediately began ...to lose power. We limped into your dealership. We quickly realized we were in the right place. Everyone we came in contact with were very kind, and helpful. The service manger diagnosed the problem and said, we have the part and will have you back on the road soon. He was true to his word. Within 90 minutes we were heading out. By the way, we had a new puppy with us on her first camping trip and everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable about bringing her inside because it was hot outside. Dee Dee is the best associate who works there cause I had to get my air bag fixed on my brand new 2015 Ford Fusion I just purchased and the dealership was supposed to pay for it and she ended up letting me take my vehicle as long as I left my bank card info just in case the dealership kept being stupid. Luckily, the de...alership paid in a timely manner and my bank card was never used but Dee Dee went out of her way to help a hard working single mom out with the only car she had. Highly recommend this place!!!! More text
