We recently decided it was time to replace our 20+ year old roof and skylights. Met with and got estimates from four different companies. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we included Gilpin Roofing on our short list. Very glad we did. Gilpin was head and shoulders above the others in terms of professional approach ...and quality. Geoff Turner understood exactly what we were looking for and made sure the job was completed on schedule to our satisfaction. After a storm had damaged the roofs at the business park, we contacted Gilpin Roofing for estimates on repairs. This was an insurance claim, and Steve Gilpin was able to give us the estimates and repair all the roofs on 14 buildings in the office park. They did an exceptional job, and did not interfere with any of the ...tenants daily business activities, the crews were very professional, and cleaned up every day after they finished the job. With all the buildings they had to do, it took them less time than we had anticipated. They were quick to come out knowing our need to have it repaired right away due to a leak in the building. We were quoted on the spot before they performed work and the repair was done with qua...lity work at a fair price. We hired Gilpin Roofing because they were prompt in replying to our request for a quote. Their quote was the best. They gave us copies of their licenses and insurance. They showed us the quality of their product. They scheduled within a week and completed a beautiful job within two days. We were very pleased with G...eoff and Jeff, with whom we worked. I had my roof replaced by Gilpin roofing Inc. in October 2021 and wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review… Just to ensure no issues popped up. There were none. When I decided to replace my roof for the third time, I decided to do some research. This time around, I wanted to get a GAF “Master Elite” certified contr...actor . From what I read on the GAF website, only 2% of roofers in North America are invited to become GAF master elite contractors. The certification can’t be bought it can only be earned. After having a couple of roofers over for estimates, I chose Gilpin roofing. Steve Gilpin is very personable and showed up on time for the roof assessment and estimate. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. When the time came to get my new roof, his professional team protected my shrubs, removed and replaced the roof in one day, and left my yard spotless. Their foreman on he job was pleasant and kept me advised on the job status! One of their craftsman came back the next day to finish up a few extra things I wanted done with my trim and I was left with a beautiful job. I liked their work so much I referred a friend to them. My friend also had his roof done by Gilpin roofing. He was very pleased as well. I highly recommend this team. More text

Fantastic company, great value and quick job completion. We had a large tree branch pierce our roof, and Gilpin not only quoted us a very fair price, but got the roof patched up quickly. We will definitely work with this company next time an inevitable roofing emergency occurs 😊
