It was several weeks before an appointment was made. Roofer called Roofer in an emergency to inform Roofer. Roofer requested that the appointment be rescheduled for tomorrow. It is not a problem. You don't need to call the office the next day. Due to staffing problems, the office was not able to respond quickly enough ...in order to dispatch a roofing contractor within the time frame. Both Rob and Danny were meticulous in their work. Rob and Danny reviewed my entire project and gave me a detailed explanation of each step. They recommended roofing and gutter options. They were genuine and sincere, and didn't try to "get into my pocket". Bravo, guys! !

They replaced our roof. They did an amazing job. Danny and his team deserve to be commended. My only complaint is with communication, but they are reliable roofing contractors.

Great price, great service, great installation! Curt from Tidewater was able to give us an estimate on the cost of replacing our roof. Curt arrived within minutes of our initial telephone call. Curt was thorough and prompt in his assessment. Even though roof replacement is expensive, it was manageable. C. J., site mana...ger, was a brilliant organizer and explained every step clearly. Crew members alerted him and he returned to the site several times. Pedro was the leader of his team. True professionals are hardworking and meticulous. The foreman was always available to assist and make sure that every aspect of the event was taken into account. Everyone was able keep cool despite the heat. It was not only an amazing job, but it was also an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. More text
