Wonderful team to work with! They had my best interest in mind during the whole process. They all were very professional, courteous and patient as I navigated through the insurance process. The installers took the time to make sure the roof was done right and it turned out beautiful!

Exceptionally professional team and excellent results. I'm especially appreciative of the lengths taken to protect our yard from debris and nails, as we have young kids who play in the yard often. The day after our roof was replaced, our project manager Matt came out for a quality assurance inspection and 2nd yard-swee...p to ensure there were no leftover nails or debris. The dumpster brought by Holloway roofing for the torn-off roof was gone within a day, as well as their other equipment. Holloway Roofing was one of only two roofing companies in the area to even return my call (I called late Friday and the called me back early Monday). They quickly scheduled a time to come out and do an inspection, and very quickly followed up with a quote. Justin was good about communicating and explaining the process.... The whole process (from initial inspection, until the gutters were hung) just took a couple weeks during a time when other companies couldn't even to inspections for 6-8 weeks. There was one issue, (a roof vent should have been removed but wasn't), but a quick phone call and it was resolved. We never did get quotes from other companies, so I can't speak to how competitive they are on pricing, but I feel like we got a good value and I would highly recommend them. We've gotten several comments from other contractors and neighbors on how good the roof looks. More text

Excellent customer service. From the beginning with the first appointment with Justin who explained everything who had a folder with everything explained with choices. Good communication through out from the office to the managers to the crew. My roof was done in one day!!! Follow up after instillation with Matt con...tinued to answer questions. This is an Excellent business they tell you everything and upfront and follow through on it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services and have to all my friends. More text

Holloway Roofing installed a new roof & gutters on our cabin in the valley, and I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent communication by everyone we interacted with. Our salesperson, Justin, did a great job explaining the process; Matt, our project coordinator, arrived on time and made sure ...we were happy with the work being done. We had been looking into roofing for over a year. After getting 3 previous estimates and very little information or willingness to answer questions, I decided to reach out to Holloway Roofing. After talking with James, I was impressed from the start. He sent out someone to get an estimate and Justin was right on tim...e. He went through all the details of not only what they recommended but also why they recommended what they did!! From start to finish someone was always in touch with us and letting us know the breakdown of the entire process!! Our house looks more beautiful now!!
