Although the service was very expensive, it was worth it. They did not push me to upgrade my services. However, they recommended a new filter which I bought. I haven't been to. This Juffy Lube was not a great place to go for many years due to the lack of professionalism by the employees. However, I was completely impre...ssed with the dress code and respect that the staff showed to me, the customer. I will definitely return, even though I paid more than I should have. The Van Dorn shop in Alexandria is highly recommended. More text

Unexpectedly, I had a flat tire at 5:05pm that day. Many car repair shops were closed. This place was on my way to fill up the tire. I stopped by to see if they could fix my tire. They did it! They not only fixed my tire but they also did it quickly so I didn't have to wait. Excellent service!

The team at this location is always friendly and professional. They inform you about what's happening, provide additional maintenance services, and don't get offended if you decline. They treat your car with respect and don't disappoint. They will listen to your concerns and make sure they are addressed.
